A guide to help find the section or feature that you are looking for!

Just like U2, it can be hard to find what you're looking for. :)

So this guide is here to help you navigate around your Fellow workspace.

Note: This guide is just a map of sorts to what is where. If you're interested in learning more about a specific section, the Learn more links will take you to a more in depth article.

General Structure

The main way to navigate around Fellow is with the navigation panel on the left hand side of the page. In the navigation bar, there are 4 main sections: Home, Meetings, Action Items, and Feedback. These represent the four main sections of Fellow.

Home Panel

The home panel is your go-to place for quick access to your meetings, meeting notes and action items. The home panel contains these sections:

My Action Items

A compilation of action items from your private (and shared) note series, 1-on-1s, and meetings in an action items inbox. Learn more.

Activity Feed

A list of the activities that you and your team have done in Fellow. For example, notes that have been edited, feedback exchanged, and action items completed.

Starred

Meetings that you have starred for easy access. These may be meetings that you attend frequently, your daily planner, or even the 1-on-1 with your manager. You can also create custom groups to best organize your home panel.

Today's Meetings

Quick access to the meeting agendas for your upcoming meetings.

1-on-1s

For your 1-on-1 relationships, and 1-on-1 meetings. As a Manager this is where you can see your direct reports priorities/goals). Learn more

Other Note Series

This section includes any other type of notes series including:

  • Private: Personal notes that only you can access, like your daily planner and reading list. Learn more

  • Shared: Note series that are shared with others and not tied directly to a meeting. Learn more

  • Publicly shared notes: notes that have been shared via a public link

Meetings

A distinguishing feature of the meeting section is your Fellow calendar. This shows you the calendar events from the calendars that you sync with Fellow.

You can view these events in either an Agenda view or Day view. You'll also have the option to "hide" meetings from this view. To control these settings - click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner. Use the checkboxes to show/hide certain types of meetings.

And click on open calendar settings to add/remove a second calendar.

Feedback

The feedback section contains feedback that you've exchanged or requested. For more specifics, check out this guide to see what can be found where.

Settings

The basic settings can be found by clicking on your company logo/your avatar in the upper right hand corner.

Switch Workspace

At the top of this panel, you'll see the name of your workspace followed by a badge indicating your plan. If you click on this, you'll have the option to login to an additional workspace. Learn more

Workspace Settings

If you are a Workspace admin, you'll be able to navigate to Workspace settings to Manage Users, customize your workspace preferences, and integrate with other tools. Learn more

User Settings

Users will also be able to click on User Settings to edit their user profile, set their notifications, and integrate with tools on a user level. Learn more

Templates

Create, edit, and manage your feedback/note templates. Learn more

Analytics (Business plan feature)

See your workspace analytics. Learn more
