Keep your home panel in Fellow clutter-free and organized by customizing your home panel to work for you.
Create custom groups
By default, the home panel in Fellow has a few built-in groups: Starred, Meetings, 1-on-1s, Teams (beta), and Note Series.
To add a new custom group for any note series and tags to your home panel:
Click on the three dots at the top of the home panel and select Create a new group
Enter in the group name and select an icon.
Press Create. Your new group will now appear in the home panel at the very top.
You can also create a new custom group directly from a note serie:
Next to the lightning bolt icon in the top right-hand corner, you'll see an icon that corresponds to a note series. This will look like
Click on the icon and select Create new group.
Enter in the group name and select an icon.
Press Create. Your new group will now appear in the home panel at the very top and that note series will automatically appear in that group.
Organize your note series and tags
Move a note serie or tag to a group
There are three ways to move a note serie or tag to another group
Option 1: From the note series
Visit that specific note series
Click on the icon next to the lightning bolt icon. (See section above for examples)
Choose which group you would like that note serie to be a part of.
Option 2: From the home panel
Hover over the note serie or tag in the home panel.
Click on the three dots at the end of the line. Hover over Move to Group to see your group options.
Select which group you would like it to move to.
Option 3: Drag and Drop
Find the note serie in your home panel.
Click on the note serie and drag and drop it to its new group.
Remove a note serie or tag from the home panel
Once a note serie or tag has served its purpose, you can remove it from the home panel and out of sight. Note: any removed content will still be accessible. Just search for it using the search functionality.
To remove a note serie or tag:
Visit the note serie or tag that you would like to remove and click on the icon associated with the home panel category.
Click Remove from home panel.
OR
Find the note serie or tag in your home panel
Hover over it and click on the triple dot menu.
Then click Remove from home panel
Rename or delete custom groups
Find the group in your home panel and click on the triple dot menu at the end of the row. Select Rename or Delete
Any note series or tags that are within the deleted group will not be affected. They will still be accessible via search.
