After your Pro trial ends, you have the option to upgrade to Pro, Business, or Enterprise. Or you can continue to using Fellow on the free plan.

In this article, we'll outline what is part of the free plan (including any limitations). In general, the free plan is designed for teams up to 10 people that want to try out Fellow for free, for an unlimited amount of time.

1-on-1s, meeting notes and private notes (but with limited note history)

On the free plan, you'll still be able to take notes for 1-on-1s, meetings, and private note series. However, you will only be able to read notes created less than 15 days ago. Notes older than 15 days ago have not been deleted, they are just inaccessible on the free plan.

Sending notes

You'll be able to send notes via: email, MS Teams, or Slack. Learn more.

Add reactions to content within your notes. This is a great way to get a pulse check, give encouragement, or even show engagement. Learn more.

Note: Comments are available on the Pro plan and above.

Dark mode

Fellow supports Dark Mode! This is available on all plans, including Free. Learn more.

Meeting timer

During the meeting, the meeting timer will show attendees how much time they have left in the scheduled meeting time. This is a great way to stay on track and not exceed the meeting time. Learn more.

On the free plan, you'll have access to the following integrations:

The Fellow free plan also supports Multiple calendars.

Fellow has desktop apps available on macOS and Windows.

Fellow has mobile apps available on iOS and Android.

Browser Extensions

Fellow has a great browser extension for both Chrome and Firefox.
