Our Business plan starts at 10 users, and with it you'll have access to all the Pro features, in addition to some Business specific ones, including:

Fellow syncs with your calendar and creates a linked meeting note for every event with the ability to invite your meeting CoPilot to record, transcribe, and summarize your meeting. That means your meeting notes, action items, recording, transcription, and summary are all in one place and can be accessed through your calendar event or directly in Fellow at any time.

Create and apply default templates to your one-on-ones, meetings, and personal notes. If you have a template that you like and would like to encourage others to use, you can create a template and apply it company wide - meaning that any employee will be able to use that template, or make it a default.

Create suggested talking points for teams to review, add and discuss during their upcoming 1-on-1s.

Lock notes to prevent future editing. Once notes are locked, you'll still be able to check things off and change assignees, but no content changes.

Admins also have the ability to turn on auto-lock to lock notes 15 min (or a time of your choosing) after a meeting ends.

Meeting Feedback

Encourage your meeting attendees to give quick feedback about the meeting. This way, you'll know how to make your meetings better and more productive.

Salesforce and Hubspot Integrations

Connect Fellow with your CRM. Send notes from customer calls directly to their Salesforce or Hubspot contact. Fellow will also display relevant information pulled from Salesforce/Hubspot in a convenient side panel which lives right beside your meeting notes.
