You can now organize your recordings into public and private channels. This means anyone who needs to have access to a recording can see it – even if they weren’t invited to the meeting.

✅ I have more control over my AI Copilot and Meeting guidelines?

Yes! You can now set rules and restrictions over what meetings Copilot joins, so your AI notetaker only joins meetings when you want it to. Meeting guidelines can now be set differently for different teams, so the guidelines reflect how each team operates.
