Change the template of your AI Recap to match common sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.)

You have different options for the type of recap that Fellow’s AI Meeting Copilot produces after a meeting. By default, Copilot will produce a recap template that outlines this information:

  • A quick summary of the meeting

  • Captured action items

  • Captured decisions from the meeting

  • Chapters of the meeting recording so you can easily find what you’re looking for

  • The meeting recording

For Sales Teams, you may want to have different information accessible within the recap page, so reps can easily grab the most important pieces of a sales call. You can now change the template that Copilot builds its recap with to match popular sales methodologies that you might use in your organization.

To access the different sales templates, you must be on a business plan or higher, and have 1+ external attendee in the meeting.

Changing the summary template

If you have recorded an external meeting, from the Fellow Note, head to the “Recap” Panel then click “Highlights”.

If you had a meeting with more than one external attendee, Fellow will automatically show an option to view your recap based on templates, which you can change by selecting a different one from the dropdown.

    6. Objections

  3. Sales Follow Up: formats your meeting recap under the following headings

    1. Sales Meeting Outcome

    3. Pricing Feedback

    4. Deal Timing

    5. Potential Obstacles
