A meeting brief with details from the last meeting and information about attendees helps you prepare effectively, align your contributions, and engage more productively.

To supercharge your meeting prep head to your User settings --> Fellow Copilot settings.

Once your pre-meeting brief is toggled on you can then select anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 days to automatically get briefed on your upcoming meetings.

You’ll find your meeting briefs conveniently displayed as a suggested action at the bottom of your meeting note and as a tab on the right side of your collaborative note, keeping essential information just a click away!

Once your Brief is generated, it includes two sections: a pre-meeting summary of the last meeting and attendee briefs with LinkedIn-based summaries for up to 8 attendees listed in the calendar invite. If there are more than 8 attendees, you’ll see a message indicating that there are too many participants for detailed summaries. Note that LinkedIn updates made by attendees will not be reflected in the brief after 30 days.

The pre-meeting brief section will provide a summary of the previous meeting, including key follow-up points. This brief is generated solely from the last meeting's recording.

For each attendee brief, you'll receive their LinkedIn profile picture, full name, role, company, location, time zone, and social media accounts. Additionally, you'll get a summary of their current role, career highlights, educational background, and potential icebreakers.
