Fellow has built AI powered recording, transcription, and summarization to help you and your team:
Stay present, focused, and engaged in the discussion
Search transcripts to easily find and dig into the details at a later time
Share with stakeholders after to limit attendees but keep them in the loop
Effortlessly maintain an accurate record of discussions and decisions in one place
To get started, simply invite the Fellow Meeting Assistant to your Google Meet, MS Teams, or Zoom calls.
Steps to initiate the recording, transcription, and summarization
Start the recording by pressing the Record button. There are two places to do this:
At the top of the note stream in Fellow
At the top of the note in the Fellow Chrome extension
Note: the banner to record will appear 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of your meeting.
In order to start transcribing, you'll need to allow the Fellow Meeting Assistant to join your meeting.
Once the Fellow Meeting Assistant has joined your meeting, run your meeting as normal. The Fellow Meeting Assistant will start recording and transcribing right away.
Stop recording by hanging up the call.
Now the magic happens - Fellow will process the meeting transcription to generate an AI powered meeting summary. This might take a minute or two
Click on the meeting summary to view the entire transcript of the meeting and to view the recording.
From here you can:
Read through the transcript or use auto-scroll to sync with the video
Share a link to the transcript
