Meeting efficiency has just gotten better with the innovative AI-enabled features Fellow has released. In this article, we'll go over the features available, and how to turn them on.

You can help make meeting discussions easier with our new Suggested Topics. They will appear on the right hand side of your meeting note, and you can add them to your agenda with one simple click.

Our Agenda Builder will help you generate headings and talking points for your meeting based off of the title of the meeting and the calendar description. This way getting your agenda ready for the meeting will be easier and faster.

Click AI-generated agenda or in the "Use AI-generated agenda option in the three dot menu on your note and give this feature a try.

This has been the most awaited AI feature, and it has the ability to record, transcribe, and summarize any meetings it's invited to. To get started, you simply need to invite the Fellow Meeting Copilot to your Google Meet, MS Teams, or Zoom calls by clicking the "Record" button that will appear 5 minutes before each of your scheduled meetings.

Security & Privacy

We know artificial intelligence might bring up some questions about privacy, so don't forget to get all the security details of our AI Meeting Copilot by checking this security article.

Turning on AI features

A workspace administrator can turn these AI features on by going to workspace settings > general > artificial intelligence. There is also a separate toggle for the Fellow Meeting Copilot if you'd like to turn it off, and keep the other two AI features on.

After this, refresh your page and you're all set to go!

If you ever need to check who has turned these features on, you can do so by going to workspace settings > security > audit log:
