Here is a quick overview of Fellow's AI-powered features.

Fellow’s AI Note Taker automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes your meetings with human-level accuracy.

Compatible with Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, your Note Taker can be set to join:

  • Meetings on my calendar with video link

  • All meetings organized by me

  • Only meetings I manually toggle

  • Meetings following custom rules

After the meeting ends, the Note Taker will generate an accurate summary, transcript, action items as part of the Meeting Recap.

Ask Fellow is Fellow’s built-in AI assistant, able to answer any questions you have about your meetings. For example, you can return to vacation and ask “What happened at the last marketing meeting?” or you could ask for the latest updates on a particular project. Ask Fellow searches through your entire transcription and notes history to find the answer.

The Recordings Library gathers all your recorded meetings into one central place. Within the recording library, users can create channels to organize their records.

Make meeting discussions easier with AI Suggested Topics. They will appear on the right hand side of your meeting note, and you can add them to your agenda with one simple click.

The AI Agenda builder will generate headings and talking points for your meeting based off the title of the meeting and the calendar description. This way getting your agenda ready for the meeting will be easier and faster.

Click AI-generated agenda or in the "Use AI-generated agenda" option in the three dot menu on your note and give this feature a try.

AI Settings

Workspace Settings

A workspace administrator can turn these AI features on/off by going to Workspace Settings > Note Taker & AI. There is also a separate toggle for the Note Taker if you'd like to turn it off, and keep the other two AI features on.

After this, refresh your page and you're all set to go!

If you ever need to check who has turned these features on, you can do so by going to Workspace Settings > Security > Audit Log:

User Settings

Users can select when and how they want to use the Note Taker. Click on User Settings > Note Taker.
