Add a Delegate

Grant another user access to your Fellow account

Delegated access enables another user to manage your meetings, tasks, and calendar on your behalf. A delegate can perform most functions in Fellow on behalf of that individual to help them stay organized. Executive Assistants can find this feature specially useful to plan team meeting agendas for their executive or executive team with Fellow.


  1. Visit User Settings --> Delegated access

  2. Click on Add in the upper right hand corner or click on the plus button (+) under My delegates

  3. Choose the user who you would like to have delegated access to your account. Scroll through the list or search for their name.

  4. [Optional] Set an expiry date for the delegated access to end

  5. Confirm that you would like to grant delegated access to your account for that user

  6. That's it! You'll now see the delegated under My Delegates
