It's Fellow's mission to help improve productivity, communication and collaboration within your organization. Now we want to help support and expedite your mission!

Here are some of the ways Fellow can support your mission 🚀

Connect and collaborate with external attendees or manage volunteers

Easily meet with anyone outside of your organization. You can invite them to your workspace as guest users and give them full visibility and collaborative access to a meeting note.

Guests will be able to:

  • Attach files

  • See version history

  • Assign/be assigned action items

  • Contribute to/edit agenda

  • Send notes via email

Meet 1-on-1, plan team meetings, share project notes and assign and track items. Fellow is your teams one source of truth while keeping everything organized.

Collaborate on projects

Create personal or shared meeting notes for various projects. This allows you to collaborate with your team outside of a calendar event. Here are some ideas of what you can do:

  • Track your impact

  • Project specific tasks

  • Brainstorming/idea tracking

  • Personal goals

  • To-do lists

  • Document team process'

  • Track and list company resources

Manage tasks

Assign anyone on your team to tasks so everyone knows what they need to do ✅ It can be difficult staying on top of everything. But by knowing when it needs to be done and how important it is, your list becomes a bit more manageable and focused.

Objectives and Key Results

Setting goals is important for growth. Use Fellows OKR feature to set and track your company goals! Each objective created can be supported by key results which are metrics or measurements that outline the steps needed to achieve each goal.
