Right before a video call, there are a few places that you need to navigate to - you'll need to open the meeting agenda and find the video call link in the calendar description.

It can be a bit of a pain, but Fellow surfaces these links from your calendar event descriptions and puts them directly on the meeting agenda. Meaning all you have to do is click the video conferencing button, which will open the video call in a new window.

This button will appear to the left of the "Send Notes" button 24 hours before the meeting, so you don't have to worry about clicking on the wrong meeting link or missing it entirely.

If you are using GoogleMeet, the button will look like this:

And if you are using Zoom, then the button will look like this:

Once you have the video call open, all you'll need to do is rearrange and resize your windows so that you have Fellow and the video side-by-side.

In the notes header, you'll be able to see who else is viewing the note. (People who are not viewing the notes will be in black and white)
