There can be some confusion if your customer meeting notes live in Fellow while other customer information lives Salesforce, Hubspot, or Freshworks CRM. Keep everything in sync by sending notes directly from Fellow to your CRM via Zapier.
Visit User Settings and connect Fellow and Zapier
Create a Zap
Choose Note Sent to Zapier as a trigger
Then choose where you would like the notes sent to
During your next customer meeting, click on the Send notes button in the top right hand corner of the note and then choose Send via Zapier
