If you would like to see a demo of this integration, check out this video.

As a paid user, you will have access to Fellow's Zapier integration. This integration can be used to connect Fellow with some of your other tools including your:

  • Project Management Tools (GitHub, Google Tasks, Todoist)

  • CRM (Freshworks CRM, Pipedrive)

  • Service Desk (Freshdesk, Jira Service Desk, ZenDesk)

If you already are used to Zapier, here is a link to add Fellow as one of your apps

Which might be all you need to get going.

If you need a bit more guidance, here is a more step-by-step guide:

Initial Set-Up

To get started, you'll first need to sign-in to Zapier.

If you don’t have a Zapier account - go to https://zapier.com/ and choose the Sign-Up option in the upper right hand corner.

If you have an account, log-in as usual.

On the Dashboard, choose the “Make a Zap” option

Building Your Zap

You will then be prompted to choose an "App + Event" . The event you choose will trigger another event in another application. For instance, if you complete an action item in Fellow, it will trigger the corresponding action to be checked off in Asana or another task app.

Choose an event in Fellow that you would like to use as your trigger. This could be when an action item is created, updated, or completed.

You will then be prompted to sign into your Fellow account. Click on the blue “Sign in to Fellow” button.

Choose the workspace that you are already logged into.

You will then see a prompt to authorize Zapier to access the content of your note and/or write content to your note.

After you have authorized this, the next step is to “Test your trigger”

Zapier will then find the associated data in your Fellow account.

You will have some options to choose from as your test (A,B, or C).

You will then need to choose what other application you would like to connect this to.

From here it is very much choose your own adventure!
