The easiest way would be to have a back-up "hard" copy. There are a few ways to do this:
Print Notes
Under the triple dot menu, there is the option to "Print" your note. You'll also be able to save your notes as a PDF this way.

Export to Google Docs
There is also the option to export the entire stream to Google Docs.
That option is available in the triple dot menu --> Export as a Google Doc.

Send Notes
To do this, press the 'Send' button in the top right corner of the note that you would like a copy of.

You can send your notes to your email inbox, Slack or MS Teams.

If you are sending via Slack, you can select a public channel, a private channel, or get the bot to send a direct message.
If you are sending over email, the recipient list will auto-populate with the names of the meeting attendees. However if you just want to send it yourself, you can click on the x's and remove the others from the list.
