The easiest way would be to have a back-up "hard" copy. There are a few ways to do this:

Print Meeting Notes

Under the triple dot menu, there is the option to "Print an entire meeting note". You'll also be able to save your notes as a PDF this way.

Export to Google Docs

There is also the option to export the entire meeting to Google Docs.

That option is available in the triple dot menu --> Export as a Google Doc.

Send Notes

To do this, press the "Send notes" button in the top right corner of the note that you would like a copy of.

You can send your notes to your email inbox, Slack, MS Teams or Notion.

If you are sending via Slack, you can select a public channel, a private channel, or get the bot to send a direct message.

If you choose to send via Notion, you would need to select the place where you would like the notes to get send to and then press Export.

If you are sending over email, the recipient list will auto-populate with the names of the meeting attendees. However if you just want to send it yourself, you can click on the x's and remove the others from the list.
