Workspace administrators have access to workspace settings and can setup integrations like Jira and Hubspot on a workspace level, so that members on the workspace can have access to them. They also have access to manage members' accounts, access billing information, setup workspace wide settings, and more.
If you're looking to contact your administrator about something in workspace settings and are not sure who they are, you can head to your User settings and go into your Profile page. In that page, scroll down until you see Workspace details and listed there will be your workspace administrator.
Note: A workspace can have multiple administrators. Only one administrator will show in that section, however. The administrator who shows up in user settings has the same level of access as all other administrators. By default, the workspace administrator who shows up in user settings is the one who created the workspace, but administrators can chat in to support and ask to have it changed.
