Get accurate, on-demand answers from your meetings with Ask Fellow. This will help you get powerful insights across your meetings, your team and your organization. Use meetings as a powerful data source, make sure that important knowledge isn’t lost across your organization, and save time from being wasted on follow-ups.

Ask Fellow was created for you to interact with it. You can ask questions about anything that happened in the meeting, and it will look for the answer in the recap created by the Fellow Note Taker. This powerful tool lets you search by meeting title, speakers, attendees, notes, and within transcripts.

There are two ways to use Ask Fellow

  • Ask about one meeting

  • Ask about all your meetings

Ask About One Meeting

During a meeting, use Ask Fellow to catch up on what you missed or get clarification without interrupting the discussion.

There are a couple of ways to access Ask Fellow about a specific meeting.

  • Option 1: On that meeting, click on the Ask Fellow button in the bottom left corner of the note.

  • Option 2: When viewing a meeting in the Recordings Library, click on the purple Ask Fellow button at the bottom of the screen.

Once opened, you'll see the meeting Ask Fellow we'll be looking into. Just type your question and start getting insights!

Ask About All Meetings

You can also use Ask Fellow to gather insights across all your meetings.

Potential uses:

  • you are unsure of what meeting something was discussed in (ex. "What did Marcus say about the upcoming product launch?")

  • you want to summarize what happened across all your meetings last week (ex. "What do I need to follow-up on based on my meetings from last week?")

  • you want to highlight information historical data from past meetings (ex. "What did Dan say in the last three town halls")

  • you want to understand your team's action items to help them stay on top of their open tasks (ex. "What action items does Max need to complete in the next 7 days?")

To access Ask Fellow for All Meetings:

  • Click on the Ask Fellow button at the bottom of the nav bar

  • Or you can use the keyword shortcut cmmd / to open it automatically

Once opened, just type your question and you'll be good to go!
