If your workspace has a Legacy subscription this means there is a more current version of your plan available.

With the release of our Meeting Copilot each user on a Legacy plan was given 5 free AI recording credits to try out 💪 Once these credits are used, they do not replenish. If your team tries out the Copilot and wants to use more AI credits on the Legacy plan, you can use the pay-as-you-go option, or the unlimited AI add-on.

A workspace administrator can set up the pay-as-you-go option from their workspace settings > plans & billing, under the Fellow Copilot tab, or the unlimited AI add-on from the Add ons tab. Click here to learn more about Fellow's pricing model.

The only difference between legacy plans and newer plans is that on our newer plans, each user gets base number of AI recording credits each month for the Meeting Copilot which are pooled at a workspace level. For example, if you have 3 users with 5 monthly credits each, then those 3 users can divide up the 15 shared credits however works best for them. Here's more info on our plans and what they include!
