If you are using Confluence as an internal wiki or database, keep things streamlined by exporting Fellow notes directly to your Confluence space.

Steps:

  1. Visit User Settings --> Apps & integrations. Scroll to the Knowledge Management Systems section and find the Confluence card.

  2. Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the Confluence card and press Connect.

  3. You will then need to authorize the Fellow integration to access your Confluence Account. Choose the account that you would like to send your Fellow notes to from the drop down under "Authorize for"

  4. That's it! You'll now see the integration as Connected in User Settings --> Apps & integrations.

Next Steps

  1. Visit the meeting note that you would like to export to Confluence.

  2. Click on the Send notes button at the top of the note

  3. Click Export to Confluence

  4. Edit the note title and choose a Confluence space. You can also specify a parent page, but this is optional.

  5. You'll also have the option to include private notes. Check off the box to include these in your export

  6. Press Export.

  7. Once exported, you'll see a window letting you know that your export has been complete.

  8. Post export, the notes will look something like this in Confluence.
