Experts state that one-on-one meetings are most effective when they involve questions that prompt deeper conversations. Fellow's here to help facilitate those discussions with Suggested Topics that appear in the one-on-one section.

What are Suggested Topics?

If you have a reporting relationship with someone (manager-direct report), then you will see "Suggested Topics:" on the right side of the note, right above the private notes section.

Adding Suggested Topics to agenda

If you would like to add one of the suggested topics, you'll just need to click on that topic. It will then be added to your agenda.

Once it's in the agenda, the suggested topic works like any other talking points - you can move it around, edit the text, and change who it is assigned to.

Fellow has a bank with over 100 questions, so if you don't like the suggested questions, press the refresh button to see more options. We also have a list of 200 questions on our blog if you can't find a question you like right away.
