You might have a collection of templates that you use for different meeting types. Maybe you have a go-to "Marketing Meeting" template, and another for your "Daily Standup", and another for a "Leadership Team Meeting."

Note: If you're interested in creating your own template, you can learn how to do that here.

If these are recurring meetings, it can be a pain retyping the same outline every time. But it doesn't have to be so painful. In Fellow, you can apply a template and use it for all future instances of that meeting.

To do this, click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the note and select "Apply a template".

Browse the templates and choose the template that you would like to use. Click on that template, and press "Apply".

Then check off the box at the bottom -"Set as default template"

Note: The warning of "Existing Content Will Be Overwritten" is to say that anything in that current note will be overwritten. Your past notes are completely safe.

If you're interested in trying out some new templates, we have some suggestions!
