If you're looking to delete a single meeting recording, you can click on the recording in the meeting note or the Recording library. From there, click on the three dot menu in the recording and click on the Delete recording button.

This will open up a modal for you letting you know that the recording and any clips created will be deleted. Click on the Delete button in that model to proceed with the deletion.

Please note that this will also delete the summary, transcript, chapters and all other AI features that were generated by the Copilot for this recording. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted recordings cannot be retrieved and the same goes for the summary, transcript, chapters, etc. that have been deleted with it.

If you're looking to have all recordings deleted from within the notes, you can reach out to your workspace Administrator and ask them to configure Meeting recording auto-deletion from their General Workspace Settings. You can find more information on this feature here. Auto-deletion is currently on available on the Enterprise plan.
