Fellow's Meeting Copilot offers AI-powered recording, transcription, and summarization. It can be used in both internal and external meetings. The AI credits available in your workspace are pooled at a workspace-level and can be used amongst your team as needed. When you invite the Copilot to join a meeting the AI credit used will draw from these shared credits.

Which workspace is responsible for the recording credits used?

Fellow will use a recording credit from the workspace that enables or schedules the recording.

If the workspace you're collaborating with is on a different plan or does not have recording credits available to be used, you can still record the meeting if your workspace has credits available.

Who can access the recording?

The recording will automatically be attached to the note that belongs to the workspace that initiated the recording.

When collaborating on the same note with users from an external workspace, your meeting recording will be shared automatically within the note. Learn more about workspace collaboration here.
