Some meetings might involve content from other sources. For example, in a Design review you might to include a Figma file for the team to review. Or for a Project Retro you might be collaborating on a Miro board in addition to the note.

Whatever the case, Fellow allows you to embed media from YouTube, Miro, Figma, Giphy, Vimeo, Loom, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Docs, Spotify, Vidyard, Lucid, Trello, Airtable, or Smartsheet directly into your meeting notes.

Steps

There are 2 ways to embed this media:

Option 1 - Paste a link directly into the note

  1. This option is quite simple in terms of steps. Simply paste the link into your Fellow note and the link will embed automatically. For example:

  2. This will open up a menu, scroll until you see Embed media. Click on it

  3. Paste the link into the modal that appears. Fellow will automatically detect what type of media it is

  4. Press Embed
