Some meetings might involve content from other sources. For example, in a Design review you might to include a Figma file for the team to review. Or for a Project Retro you might be collaborating on a Miro board in addition to the note.

Whatever the case, Fellow allows you to embed media from YouTube, Miro, Figma, Giphy, Vimeo or Spotify directly into your meeting notes.

Steps

There are three ways to embed this media:

Option 1 - Paste a link directly into the note

  1. This option is quite simple in terms of steps. Simply paste the link into your Fellow note and the link will embed automatically. For example:

Option 2 - Choose Embed a link from the Slash Menu

  1. Type / into your Fellow note

  2. This will open up a menu, scroll until you see Embed a link. Click on it

  3. Paste the link into the modal that appears. Fellow will automatically detect what type of media it is

  4. Press Embed

Option 3 - Choose a Source from the Slash Menu

  1. Type / into your Fellow note

  2. Scroll down the slash menu and select the source of the file that you would like to embed (ex. YouTube, Spotify, etc.).

  3. Paste the link into the modal that appears

  4. Press Embed
