Even if Fellow wasn't recording your meeting, you can still get AI meeting notes, transcripts, and recaps by uploading an audio or video recording to Fellow.
When uploaded, you will get the following:
• AI-generated transcripts, recaps, and action items
• Automatic speaker detection (just like live meetings)
• Option to link to calendar events & channel in your recording library
Once uploaded, the recap will also be fully searchable in Ask Fellow!
How to upload audio or video recordings
There are a few places where you can do this in Fellow. To start, you will need to head to your Library page from the bar on the left-hand side.
From there, you can:
Click on the Uploads tab and either drag and drop a file or click on the Choose a file text to upload a file from your computer.
Or you can also choose to click on the blue "+" button and select Upload audio or video
Lastly, you can click on the + Add to Library button and select Upload audio or video
Once you've chosen a file to upload, you will then be prompted to fill in the meeting title and language spoken. From that modal, you can also choose to link it to an existing meeting and/or add it to a Fellow channel.
After hitting submit, the audio or video upload will appear in your Uploads tab as shown in the image below.
