With the Salesforce integration, you can set it up so that client notes are automatically sent to Salesforce 3 hours after the meeting ends. If there are no AI recap or written notes, nothing will be sent to Salesforce.
Set up
Open User Settings and select Apps and integrations
Select Salesforce
If you have not set-up the integration before, press Connect and login to your Salesforce account.
If you have already set-up the integration, jump to the next step.
Scroll down to Configurations
Turn this automation on
Edit the settings to what works best for you, You'll have the following options
Whether or not to include the AI recap and link to the recording in the notes that get sent. To change this setting turn the toggle on/off
Whether to send your notes and AI recap to Salesforce as a Task (Call) or as a Note. This can be done by pressing the drop down and selecting Note or Task (Call)
If you send it as a Note you will be able to relate it to a Contact, Lead, Account or Opportunity.
If you send it as a Task (Call) you can relate it to a Contact or Lead and/or to an Account, Opportunity or Case.
That's it!
Note: you won't need to press save or click on a confirmation button. Your settings will be saved automatically.
