You can customize which meetings your Copilot automatically joins to record your calls on a user level. This is a great way to ensure that all of the calls you intend to record do so without needing manual intervention so you never miss anything, and you can even choose how to automatically share these recordings with other meeting participants and external users.
The first thing you'll need to do is navigate to your user settings > Fellow Copilot:
From here, you'll be able to select which meetings you'd like the Copilot to join and even create custom rules:
Custom Rules
These can be configured on a per user basis to ensure the Copilot is being invited to the correct meetings at a more granular level. Some helpful examples of this would be to never record 1-on-1's, always record project updates, etc
Sharing Recaps
Now that your recording rules are configured, you may want to set up when you'd like to share the meeting recap (i.e. the recording, transcript, highlights, and action items) with other meeting participants.
Who receives the recaps?
This can be configured to your liking! Here you're able to select if you'd like to automatically send your meeting recaps to internal attendees (members of your workspace who were also meeting participants), all attendees (internal and external users on the calendar invite), or all attendees in Fellow (all members of your Fellow workspace).
Auto-publishing to a channel
Auto-publishing recaps to a shared channel in Fellow can save you time and increase visibility of your calls with your colleagues. Here you have the option on how you'd like to share internal calls versus external calls.
Sharing external calls is particularly helpful for customer-facing teams who may want to quickly share their recordings with other team members:
