The Note Taker is an incredibly valuable tool to use in all of your calls. You can configure the Note Taker to join automatically or you can follow the steps outlined below to invite the bot manually using your meeting link.
Step 1: Enter your Recordings page
A) From your home panel, click Recordings or Library to access your recordings library
B) Click your workspace logo to access the drop down menu
Step 2: Locate record icon
Click the icon that says Record now with URL
A) From the recordings library
B) From the drop down
Step 3: Enter your meeting link
Using the pop up menu, enter your meeting URL (GoogleMeet, Teams Call, Zoom)
Step 4: Invite the bot
Click Start recording to invite the Note Taker
Step 5: Accept the Note Taker
A) Our Note Taker won't be able to record, transcribe, or summarize your call until it has been accepted into the call by a meeting participant so be sure to admit it!
B) If this is the first time you've invited the Note Taker to a call, you may be asked to approve additional permissions
Step 6: Your meeting is being recorded
Once your Note Taker has been successfully admitted, you'll see it appear as a participant in your calls
