If you'd like to downgrade your Fellow subscription to a different plan, please reach out to us at support@fellow.co or using the round chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen in Fellow.
We can take care of cancelling your current subscription and restarting a new subscription that is right for you!
You can view more details about your current subscription by going into your workspace settings > plans & billing.
Please note:
Refunds are not available on monthly plans. Refunds are available on annual plans within 14 days of original purchase. Refunds for any add-ons are available on annual plans within 14 days of original purchase.
