When your plan has been set to cancel, you might want to reactivate it to ensure continued access to paid features. Any Fellow admin can reactivate their plan in a few simple steps!
Steps:
Click on your company logo in the top left corner of Fellow and select Workspace settings
Then go into the Plans & billing page on the left side
3. From there, you should be able to see Subscription ends in red text and below that you'll see the date your plan will be downgraded. In order to reactivate your plan, click on the Renew my subscription button and you're all set!
Please note: If your plan has been downgraded to the free tier, you will need to repurchase a paid plan if you would like to re-upgrade. This can be done from your Plans & billing page as well.
