How to reactivate your plan once it has been set to cancel

When your plan has been set to cancel, you might want to reactivate it to ensure continued access to paid features. Any Fellow admin can reactivate their plan in a few simple steps!


  1. Click on your company logo in the top left corner of Fellow and select Workspace settings

  2. Then go into the Plans & billing page on the left side

  3. From there, you should be able to see a red banner with a message letting you know when your plan will be downgraded. In order to reactivate your plan, click on the Reactivate my plan button and you're all set!

Please note: If your plan has been downgraded to the free tier, you will need to repurchase a paid plan if you would like to re-upgrade. This can be done from your Plans & billing page as well.
