When your plan has been set to cancel, you might want to reactivate it to ensure continued access to paid features. Any Fellow admin can reactivate their plan in a few simple steps!
Steps:
Click on your company logo in the top left corner of Fellow and select Workspace settings
Then go into the Plans & billing page on the left side
From there, you should be able to see a red banner with a message letting you know when your plan will be downgraded. In order to reactivate your plan, click on the Reactivate my plan button and you're all set!
Please note: If your plan has been downgraded to the free tier, you will need to repurchase a paid plan if you would like to re-upgrade. This can be done from your Plans & billing page as well.
