*Note: this integration is only available to Microsoft accounts/workspaces.*
Fellow's integration with Microsoft To Do is a great way to align action items assigned to you during meetings with your main task list.
Steps
To set-up the Fellow integration with Microsoft To Do, first visit User Settings --> Apps & integrations.
Scroll down to the Automation section and find the Microsoft To Do card.
Click Not Connected
This will open up the Microsoft To Do integration page telling you more about the integration. Click Connect in the upper right hand corner
Sign-in to your Microsoft account.
You will then see a screen with "Permissions requested". Click Accept
Now it's time to pick the list that you would like to sync with Fellow. This means that any action item created in Fellow will sync to that list in Microsoft To Do.
You'll notice a checkbox saying "Create new To Do tasks for X incomplete action items in Fellow", this will sync incomplete action items that already exist in Fellow straight to your Microsoft To Do list.
With this integration, there are two options for how you would like it to be set up:
Every action item that you create in Fellow will automatically synced to your Microsoft To Do list. For this option, leave the toggle "Enable action items to sync" turned on (Green). The integration will be shown as Active.
OR you can set it up so that only the action items that you specify will go to your To Do list. For this option, turn the toggle "Enable action items to sync" off. The integration will then shown as Inactive. This means that the integration is still connected, but the automatic syncing is turned off.
To sync your action item into To Do, click on the three dots at the end of the line and select Link to Microsoft To Do
