Meet Fellow 3.2, your smart meeting assistant!
This latest batch of features is designed to make it easier to build collaborative agendas, quickly find the note you are looking for, and support enterprise.
During our March 1st live event, Aydin, our CEO, was joined by our Head of Marketing, Senior Product Managers, and some of our engineers to show off all the new features in action. Check out the recording here.
Without further ado, here is an overview of all the new features that make up 3.2 👇
Tags and enhanced search
Within a note, add tags like #decision, #blockers, #project, and more to make searching for that content quick and easy. BONUS: Tags come hand in hand with an enhanced search experience including a dedicated search page. Learn more about Workspace Tags
Section headings (that are smart!)
Section headings are a faster, easier, and more automated way to build meeting agendas. In simple terms it’s the parts of an agenda that require attendees to provide input, like an update in a daily standup, or a response to a mood-o-meter, or an idea.
Oh, and sections can be set up with automations that remind participants that they need to fill something out in advance of the meeting. No manual effort required 🤯 Learn more about Sections
Meetings that run over time tend to be unproductive. Fellow has a built in meeting timer so you can always keep an eye on how much time is left in the meeting, and see when it’s time to wrap things up. Learn more about the Meeting Timer
Meeting feedback modal (new version)
When a meeting ends you will see a beautiful new meeting feedback request. This makes it easy to gather important feedback about your meeting. Learn more about Meeting Feedback
Delegated access (beta)
Give a teammate access to your Fellow account where they can contribute to meeting agendas, send out feedback requests, and create templates - all on your behalf. This is great for leaders who have executive assistants. Learn more about Delegated Access
Objective enhancements (beta)
Based on feedback about Objectives from beta users, in Fellow 3.2 we’re bringing enhancements including being able to embed key results in a meeting note, adding updates to an objective or key result for added context, and other tweaks that make the entire experience better. Okta support (SCIM & SSO)
Streamline the process of creating, editing, suspending or resuming of users in Fellow by connecting Okta. Learn more about our Okta integration
Frictionless guest user experience

Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides integration
