Typically when you are logged into Fellow, you can see a blue and white icon on the bottom right-hand corner where you can chat with our awesome support team. If you are unable to see this, it’s likely that there is an ad blocker hiding this bubble from you.
To confirm if this is what is happening, we’d suggest taking a look at your ad blocker’s log. From there, take a look for anything being blocked from Segment. Please allow Segment to pass through and you’ll be good to go!
