A guide to cancelling your Pro, Business or Enterprise subscription

Fellow.app Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions.

For annual subscriptions, refunds can be provided within 14 days of original purchase or renewal (including any add-ons). We will not provide refunds where the request is initiated more than 14 days from purchase.

To request a refund, please contact our team at support@fellow.app.

Please note:

Disputes or chargebacks filed directly with your credit card company or bank will result in immediate discontinuation of service and suspension of your workspace.

*** Only an admin can perform these functions

If you decide that Fellow is no longer the right fit, you can cancel your plan at any time. We'll be sorry to see you go and any feedback is really appreciated!

If you cancel in the middle of your subscription, you will still have access to the pro features until the scheduled end of the subscription period. You will no longer have access to pro features after the subscription period has ended.

Note: once the cancellation is complete, you’ll no longer have access to older notes. They will not be deleted, they are just no longer accessible

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Workspace SettingsPlans and Billing

  2. Click on the Cancel my plan button under your Current plan box

  3. Press Cancel Plan on the modal that pops up

  4. Select a reason for cancelation then press Continue

  5. Finally, press on Cancel my plan and that's it
