No problem - go to User Settings
In the User Settings pop-up, select the Preferences tab and scroll down to Behavior. There you should see a section where you can simply turn this off and you should be all good to go!
In that area, you can also choose to disable these links for meetings with external attendees by choosing the option "Add for events with only internal attendees".
Note: the link will not be added to the meeting invite if the organizer of the event has this feature turned off.
