If you have a go-to template that you would like to use for all your 1-on-1s or team meetings, you can set it as the default.
First go to User Settings,
Then click on "My templates"
Here you will see all your templates. Selecting the type of template that you would like (Meetings, 1-on-1s, Personal, Priorities) and find the template that you would like to set as a default.
Then click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the template card and select "Set as default" from the drop down.
