The priorities tab (found in your 1-on-1 with your manager) allows you to set goals, objectives and priorities that are shared between you and your manager.
This is a shared working document that allows you to keep track of the direct report's goals and priorities, and easily revisit them during your 1-on-1 meetings.
This document is editable and customizable just like your other notes in Fellow, so you can format it in the way that works best for you. There is also a 'Priority' item type here that you can use to indicate your goals or priorities.

There are many different goal-setting methods, so you can create a template for the goal setting method that works for you. You can create your templates from the User Settings page.
