Recording all your meetings has never been easier than with the Fellow Note Taker! Our Note Taker will record your meetings, create AI-generated notes, and provide a summary and transcription for all virtual and hybrid meetings. Fellow's speaker identification feature makes it easy to follow who said what in your hybrid meetings, even when multiple people are sharing the same microphone.
Speaker Identification
Fully Virtual Meetings
Each speaker will automatically be identified and their name will be attributed to the microphone that they are using.
Hybrid Meetings (Multiple Speakers in the Same Room)
If there are multiple speakers using the same microphone, Fellow will recognize multiple voices. If possible, distinct speakers in the same room will be identified automatically.
If speakers cannot be identified, generic labels will be assigned, such as:
Fellow can automatically assign names based on past meetings, but only for users in your workspace with voice recognition enabled. Please note that this feature does not apply to external attendees.
Editing Speaker Labels
If a speaker is not automatically identified or is mislabeled (pictured below), you can update their label in the transcript.
To update these to the correct speaker, you'll need to:
Click on a speaker's name in the transcript.
Select a different name from the dropdown list or type a custom name.
Choose whether to apply this change to all instances of that speaker.
Save your changes to update the transcript.
